consultation, first

At ATL SORT, we require an in-person consultation with every potential client to ensure we are the right fit for your needs. This gives us the opportunity to assess your space, understand your goals, and provide the most accurate recommendations. Whether you have a large amount of clutter or simply want a more efficient, organized space, we’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from those facing challenges with hoarding to those who are neat but seeking a fresh approach. We are here to help and welcome everyone.

To respect everyone’s time and to ensure that we are working with serious inquiries, we do require a pre-paid, non-refundable consultation fee of $100 . If you choose to move forward and hire us within 7 days of your consultation, this amount will be credited toward your total service cost. If you decide not to proceed, or if more than 7 days have passed, the fee will simply cover the cost of the consultation. After the consultation, we will send over a detailed estimate for the entire project. Our time is valuable, and the price provided in the estimate is final. We do not engage in price negotiations, and if there is any attempt to do so, we will respectfully discontinue communication. We believe in the value of our services and are committed to delivering the highest quality work for clients who are ready to invest in their space.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

ATL SORT offers a separate range of personalized, high-end services, including errands, inventory management, personal assisting, managing vendors and floristry. We also provide branding, graphic and website design tailored to your needs. Due to high demand, our concierge services are offered with limited availability, and pricing varies based on each client's specific requirements.
